Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the Arletta the Friendly Trader website.

1. Educational Purpose Only

All training, coaching, and educational sessions are for educational purposes only.

I do not provide financial, investment, or trading advice.

Students are responsible for their own trading decisions and outcomes.

2. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for any purchased services, digital products, or booked sessions.

3. In-Person Sessions

In-person sessions must be scheduled at least 5 business days in advance.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted no later than 3 business days before the scheduled session.

Failure to provide proper notice will result in forfeiture of the session without refund.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Sessions cancelled or rescheduled within the required timeframe (3 business days before) may be moved to a new date subject to availability.

No-shows or late cancellations will not be eligible for rescheduling or credit.

5. Client Responsibilities

Students must ensure they have access to a stable internet connection, proper trading software, and any required tools for online sessions.

Punctuality is required—sessions will start at the scheduled time and end at the scheduled time, regardless of late arrival.
